During pregnancy felt I was in survival mode so it was hard to tune into spirit in traditional meditation ways
Postpartum felt more like fight or flight, 99% of focus goes to ensuring this thing / baby stays alive
Emerging now more into self.. using this space to create a foundation and work out kinks of ways to be in my business again, ways to be in my journey again
When you are living in a space that you are wanting to move out of but can’t move yet, how can you make the space more aligned with “you” or the “you you want to be”
Make the space work for you, work with the space as best you can while your become physically aligned to move
