Lauren Eliz is a self-healing teacher, podcast host, coach, and owner of a multiple 6- figure self-healing & spirituality-based company. Lauren shows up online creating spaces for women to take back their health and learn how to heal using plant medicine, and other spiritual practices. in which Lauren completely healed her chronic illness using these exact practices, after doctors told her there was no hope. Lauren Is a perfect embodiment of an "Empowered Entrepreneur" and utilizes the online space not to heal others, but to teach and give women the tools, practices, inner trust, and resources they need to heal themselves.  

During this interview Me and Lauren talk about her story healing her chronic illness by stepping into her power, learning to trust herself, and her intuition, by using practices that aren't necessarily considered "mainstream." 
We dive into the essence of what empowerment is, and how that looks within Lauren's experience of life and being an entrepreneur. 
We also dive a little bit into how to identify your "life's purpose" and what authentic expression looks like through the lens of your "purpose." 

Lauren is someone I have looked up to and has continually inspired me since I was about 19 years old. Doing this interview was such a surreal moment for me, and I hope you all enjoy listening as much as I did recording.
