At age 53, Jim Fry is what you would call a non-traditional student here on this campus, the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. Jim arrived here this semester as the Tennessee Board of Regents Outstanding Community College Student of the Year for 2019 - and not long after that, the UTC Retirees Association selected him as its first-ever scholarship recipient.
