It is the end of a season, it is the end of a period/ a lifecycle/ a chapter, whatever you would want to call it. On this episode, I close off the Unlearning & Learning season which came with a lot of Unlearning's and Learnings of its own. A "season" that I know will be an ongoing theme in my life as I uncover and unpack years of learning that has taken place since I came into this world; questioning my beliefs, questioning my thoughts, my opinions, my ideologies and really digging deep to figure out if it's actually me, my maker or all the things I have been told and taught over the years that I should be, that I should do, believe and live coming out of me or something else.

I thought about making the title of this episode "Naked" because that is how I felt when I recorded it, that is how I felt when I was editing it and it's how I felt listening through it before I uploaded it! I felt NAKED! As if I had taken off all that covered me and just stood there, in front of you, bare. 

This episode symbolizes an ending that is at the same time a birth and I am excited to continue going on this journey and hope that there's something you learn or take from it that helps you wake up and realise your own truth and start to actually live it.
