The record-setting rain of last week has created long lasting effects on the road that connects us to communities beyond. I watch an endless parade of repair vehicles passing by as state and local employees work long hours to repair the damage. Sometimes in life, it feels like we are stuck in an endless parade of bad luck. It helps to know that we are not alone. I am grateful.
