John Davis is known on the Island of Okinawa, Japan as the cheese guy of Okinawa! His cheeses are second to none that I have experienced in my life time! Granted a few short years but nevertheless. He explains to me the process by which he started his journey! Such an amazing man that has learned Japanese very well and loved his experiences around the world. Let us learn.
