Greetings space holders; what does it mean for you to be a space holder? And how do you “hold” space for others? On this episode we are talking about a new template to look at the space holder lens through. What would it feel like to create space for other people's experience without holding that space for them?

When we can create space for others, we learn the art of creating more space for ourselves. As a guide for other guides, I know how vital it is for you to create space for yourself in the experience of the facilitation, because I'm also learning what it means to create space for multiple aspects of myself too. It is wise salt for those of us who are in this position of "holding/creating" space to be weaving our wisdoms and awareness so that we are showing up to the medicine ways in integrity and authenticity.

When everyone has their own space, when we as facilitators have our own space, everyone can be in response to the medicine, the guidance, the facilitation- and no one has to be the sole holder of its magnificent capacity.
