Today's guest is Jonathan Stone. John is a longtime Annapolis busker and award-winning bossanova guitarist, who regularly plays at 49 West Coffeehouse on the weekends. John was recently featured in the late Rob Hiassen's book "Float Plan." We talk about the liveaboard controversy in Annapolis waters. We also talk about Martin O'Malley's abilities as a busker.
