Since the age of 5 Doug KNEW he wanted to be a "weatherman"....he was launched into the international spotlight with the Joplin tornado of 2011. Needless to say, it was a life changing day..... we look at that day as well as the evolution of the weather forecasting.....AND the future of how that will be delivered.
