A girl used a racial slur when she was 15 as an exclamation.

This was then deployed three years later to ruin her life, which it did.  Thanks to cowards at UTenn and at newspapers.

It's evil.

Racial slurs have been used to mean "A person of race X I do not like because they are doing bad things which that race does more often than others."

Since academics have restricted "racist" to white people, it is used in precisely this same way.

"Racist" is a racial slur.
