Jeff has an extensive background training in Martial Arts and also as a competitive fighter. He is an industry leader in the instruction of Self Defence and is passionate about delivering skills sets and knowledge that is based on truth. He takes great responsibility upon himself to ensure that his students are prepared to face and survive the realities of a violent encounter.
