From 13 to 15 February 2024, around 100 scholars from Europe, mostly from Germany and Norway, came together in Bielefeld to discuss current dimensions of right-wing extremism in Europe. The conference provided the opportunity for an international exchange. It was organised by academics from different institutes and universities, including the “Center for Research on Extremism” (C-REX) in Oslo and the “Institute for Interdisciplinary Research on Conflict and Violence” (IKG) at Bielefeld University, which is part of the German “Right-Wing Studies Knowledge Network” (Wi-REX).
