This week's episode see’s Will head down to the small town of Railton and hear how 7 Sheds are making traditional style beers. 

Willie was kind enough to fill us in on the background of his brewery and cellar door, giving a surprising amount of insight into the actual practicality of making a craft brewery. 

He talked about the uniquely old-school methods of brewing he employs and Will even got to try one of his beers. 

Willie talks us through the naming process for his flagship beer and how they make their Kentish Ale.
