Today's interview is with Jaylee Hilliard, a former Clinical Director of Neonatal and Pediatric ECMO Services at McLean Children's Baylor Scott and White Health and currently the Senior Director of Clinical Strategy at AngelEye Health.  That being said, Jaylee states her most important claim to fame is as mother to Everlee Hilliard, her sweet daughter, born during the COVID pandemic at 32 weeks gestational age which prompted a 25 day NICU stay.
