In this episode, Dr. Leddy provides insights on The American Orthopaedic Association's Council of Orthopaedic Residency Directors (CORD) program, including a discussion of the success of the Spring CORD Conference (a virtual conference with 250+ attendees).

Additionally, Dr. Leddy shares highlights from the upcoming 2020 Virtual Summer CORD Conference on June 12-13. Dr. Leddy is serving as Program Chair for this event, which addresses the subject area of "How Good is Your Program and What Does the Data Show?" One particularly interesting highlight is the Michael A. Simon CORD Lecturer, David Burham, a retired Navy fighter pilot.
