In this interview, Sacred Earth founder Michelle Lopez shares with us about her healing journey and awakening. She is one of the co-authors for the upcoming book by Radhaa Publishing, Awakening Starseeds- Stories Beyond The Stargate.   Michelle is an elementary school teacher with 23 years of teaching experience. She is also a certified yoga instructor, holistic health advisor and Reiki Master. She is currently incubating a social emotional training program for teachers called The Heart Centered Classroom. Her hope is to spread wellness in our schools by empowering other teachers to embrace and utilize the concepts of mindfulness, yoga, and social emotional learning. Michelle is currently talking to her district about implementation of her program. She is also writing a children’s book that will be the foundation for a larger program in the future. Michelle teaches children’s after school yoga class at my elementary school as well as teach a children’s community yoga class. She incorporates astrology and card reading into her holistic practice, and she is a crystal healer as well.
