  • Chris and Scott were talking on email about the JLink (edu) debugger that Chris got from Adafruit.
  • Scott attended U of W before starting at Google on the maps team working on the bike directions overlay.
  • This layer was part of "Ground truth" initiative at Google, a way to map data from the real world. Their primary dataset was from the rails to trails project.
  • After he left google he was working on quadcopters and drones,which used the cleanflight / beta flight software. This was for his company Chickadee tech.
  • Scott talked more about the project on the Macrofab Engineering Podcast (MEP22)
