This week we spoke with Vincent McIntosh, owner of Irie Kitchen, a Jamaican Street Food inspired restaurant in Grand Rapids. In part one of this two part series, Vince tells us about how he started Irie Kitchen, why he started it, and what drives him.
The wine we drank this week was Pour Ma Guele. What a tasty wine. The average age of the vines that make this wine is 65 years! Vince said it was the best wine he's ever had, and it's easy to taste why.
