At its very core, is a desire to provide key insights into what is often an overlooked area of athletic performance. We all know how to breathe, but are we breathing well? Furthermore, how well is our body utilising oxygen that we breath?
Over the coming months we’ll be exploring areas such as breathwork, breathing training, aerobic capacity, Vo2 Max, inhalation and exhalation strength, and vital lung capacity.
