An Intro to the Woman Amidst!

Whether hearing stories of women chasing their dreams or ones who wake up everyday to put breakfast on the table, this is a podcast for those who want to sit with me and figure out how to say yes to hard things, have joy in difficult times and find fulfillment in the midst of our stories. 

There is a lot of emphasis out there on how to get to our goals: the dream body, family, careers, etc. but THIS is about how we spend the majority of our lives: in the midst of it. Not just the peaks but how do we find joy and fulfillment throughout.
