An Introduction to Life's Work

<h3>We know from global research that around 70% of people are unhappy at work. This is a diabolical statistic which has remained constant for many decades and, despite knowing this, nothing much has changed. People are still disengaged, which is not only having a huge impact on the performance of organisations, but importantly also on the lives of all who work within them, and in ways that many do not even realise.</h3><p><br></p><h3>The purpose of this podcast is to share lessons from life and work, for the benefit of everyone – the audience, the host, Steve, even the interviewee. Being asked questions about life and work, maybe from a slightly different perspective than they’ve considered before, gives the guests the opportunity to provide a deeper insight into their experiences and even draw parallels and inspiration for their own journey. All the guests on Life’s Work have lived a life that is a story worth retelling.</h3><p><br></p><h3>Steve has always been a learner, believing that every day brings new lessons, but he also likes to do so the easy way, learning from the experience of others.
