An Introduction to Permaculture
Worried about Nothing Podcast 29 - conversation with Danielle, Katya and Kim, 6th September 2020
~ Worried About Nothing & Nothing to Worry About ~
Weekly conversations (and individual podcasts) with Danielle, Katya and Kim (and friends) about topics ranging from spirituality, to meditation, to fears and worries, and other subjects in between.
Today Katya spoke about Permaculture, and about its importance in not only healing and sustaining the land, but also in being in the rhythm of nature and her seasons. She talked about how permaculture principles can be put in place whether you own acreage, a small garden, or even a tiny city balcony, and how it is possible to make nature work with you and for you, rather than fighting against it. She spoke of permaculture being a closed loop, a cycle of regeneration and abundance, which, instead of raping the land and leaving it barren, can provide a bountiful harvest year after year, in a feast for the eyes as well as the stomach.
