Devine Destiny, in Negril, Jamaica, was one of the premiere hotels in the '90s and early '00s. Due to a series of unfortunate events, the property ultimately failed. Now, the owners are on a mission to sell. I had the opportunity to walk the property with James Horvath, one of the owners. I learned about the history of this property and what it was like in its heyday. But perhaps most importantly, we discussed what this property could potentially turn into. It's a large 10.5 acre property with a lot of potential. I also had a conversation with Mragit Eder of Valerie Levy & Associates, who is the realtor representing this property.
