The Sabbath is an invitation to rest physically, mentally, and spiritually. Two common errors include ignoring the Sabbath completely by not resting, or miss the point of the Sabbath by focusing too much on the rules. Instead, Jesus invites to rest in him, the Lord of the Sabbath.
