The problem is that he never was an outsider. The biggest challenge we face as Americans is the cost of living, especially the cost of housing. The cost of housing is driven largely by real estate and property-management moguls like Donald Trump.  You can blame politicians and taxes all you want to, but nothing takes it big of a bite out of what we earn versus what we get back in terms of government infrastructure and benefits as the cost of housing, which has increased at a rate that has outpaced the cost of all other material goods as well as median income.

Blaming Democrats and the poor is just a distraction from the fact that we are being robbed Blind by our landlords, real estate brokers, mortgage lenders, and employers, who across-the-board pay everyone the smallest amount they can get away with it all times until you get up to the executive level, at which point Executives get paid 463 times what an entry-level worker does on average in the US. To put that in to context, the next highest ratio in the world is Japan with 72 to 1.

But the one thing we should never do is allow the Bad actors to turn us against each other, which is what has happened over the past 4 years. It is long overdue that we stop this s***. We have a lot more in common with each other than either side does with the players in Washington and business who have been taking advantage of us for far too long.
