Today we are talking to Maggie who is in high school and on the genuine team. Maggie has a strong desire to normalize mental health issues and the act of going to therapy. She takes us through her journey from how and when she realized she was struggling  to when she decided to go to therapy. We talk about the stigmas associated with mental health, how exercise & nutrition plays a role, and how social media plays a role.
