Mindfulness for your regular ass life!

'Cuz mindfulness is easy to practice when you're surrounded by nature, or doing yoga... when life's all peace, love &amp; happiness.

But how do you practice when you're dealing with some bullsh*t at work? Or when you find out you're the lucky winner of a $180 parking ticket in Baltimore? How do you practice when a family member says something ignorant or hurtful? 

That's the kind of practice I'm interested in. 

Let's laugh a little and learn a lot on the path of consciousness. Become the one that watches the thinker and see how things start to change.
