An open love letter to women, especially my sisters in broadcasting.

Women are the true leaders in our world. We are resourceful miracle workers, we know how to get it done but at a certain point in life, all of our efforts amount to everyone else's needs being met and us wondering why we're not feeling good. I mean, we did it all, didn't we?
Let's talk about a happiness, that is not dependent on anyone or anything outside of ourselves. It's about accepting our messy lives and learning to celebrate ourselves. We are so worthy of everything we desire in life, and I want to give us all permission to take the steps necessary to step into the mindset of true sustainable happiness.
