Infants are not to be baptized. 


An Orthodox Catechism was written by Hercules Collins in 1680 and is a revision of The Heidelberg Catechism, modified to reflect the views of Particular Baptists.

Since this question specifically addresses the fact that the scriptures nowhere teach that infants are to be baptized, it is fitting that there are not scripture proofs for this question.
