Its at the DEC legislative committee level in the state legislature. This proposed bill would prohibit wildlife contests, competitions, tournaments and or derby where the goal is hunting or taking for prizes. We talk about the history of similar prohibitive bills, its current status & definitions. There's an overview other states with similar bills. We also look at the difference between two questions.
