Following a report from TMZ that medical malpractice is being looked at in the Hulk Hogan death investigation, we’re discussing it with a legal and law enforcement expert.

The report stated that the Clearwater Police Department has yet to close the case — that’s now around a month old — and there has been considerable finger-pointing in the case.
