  • Some People Are Just Bad Fruit - Venus Retrograde square Pluto & Mercury Retrograde

When people don't like you, is it always about you? In this episode, we unpack the exhausting habit of trying to win over people we don't even like, and why some relationships are better left alone.

This conversation explores what happens when Venus retrograde in Scorpio squares Pluto in Aquarius: illusions fall away, uncomfortable truths surface, and we are asked to look honestly at ourselves and others.

We talk about the difference between self-awareness and self-blame, why criticism can be a gift, and why your time and energy are your most valuable currencies. Because sometimes the message is that it's time to stop casting pearls before swine, release the people who drain you, and move on to greener pastures.

A candid episode about boundaries, growth, resentment, and learning that you don't have to be liked by everyone to be worthy of love.

  • Venus Retrograde in Scorpio

Venus is about to go retrograde in Scorpio, closing out the Venus in Aries cycle that began in 1937. What does that mean for how we date, love, and relate? This episode connects the astrology to the bigger picture: the rise of hookup culture, the online war between the sexes, and why lessons in love repeat until we learn them. Plus, a look back at what Venus in Scorpio stirred up in 2018 and how to prepare for the deep dive ahead.

    Venus Retrogrades dates:

    1. 03.10.2026 Venus goes Retrograde in Scorpio
    2. 24.10.2026 Venus Inferior Conjunction aka new Venus cycle starts
    3. 14.11.2026 Venus goes direct

  • The truth will set you free: Energy Read fro 31st of August to 6th of September

In this episode, I explore the different ways men and women can experience themselves and the Divine through relationships. Men often look to feel strong, capable, desirable, admired. Women seek grounding and saftey whilst they can explore their whimsy and get in touch with their feminine.

We talk about heartbreak, the illusion of sexual freedom, the Soul, spiritual connection, and relationships as mirrors to ourselves.

Astrologically we speak about the end of eclipse season, the Virgo/Pisces eclipse themes of physical, psychic and spiritual healing, Neptune's new 12-year cycle in Aries, and the uncomfortable truths that may be revealed.

And finally, we look at the week ahead: Mars square Saturn, emotional boundaries, anger, patience, and self-care.

  • The Spell of the Eclipse Season: Energy Read Week 17th to 23d of August
In this episode, I follow that thought into a deeper conversation about devotion, feminine wisdom, the cycles of nature, love, jealousy, and the strange ways we've been taught to distrust one another. What happens when we stop fighting the current and begin listening to the rhythm of the Universe?

This is a meditation on women, men, intuition, partnership, forgiveness, and the possibility that peace begins much closer to home than we think.

So come with me on this journey.

  • Diamonds are made under pressure - Astrology Week 10th of August

This week's astrology isn't asking you to hustle harder. It's asking you to slow down.

In this episode, I share one of the biggest lessons the Universe has taught me over the last few years: that breakdowns are often breakthroughs in disguise. We talk about why manifestation isn't about grabbing the first opportunity that appears, why patience is a spiritual practice, and how learning to observe instead of react completely changed my life.

We'll also explore the astrology behind this week, including the Sun trine Saturn, Pluto opposing Jupiter, and the approaching shift of the Lunar Nodes into Aquarius and Leo. If life feels like it's stretching you beyond your limits, this episode will help you understand why.

  • Energy of the Week: 27th of July or Love & Relationships are our Greatest Teachers

Sometimes the hardest person to be honest with is ourselves. In this episode I explore why we cling so tightly to the stories we've created about love, success and spirituality, and why gratitude is not simply something we feel but something we practice.

I speak about non-dualism, the Bhagavad Gita, Ram Dass, Hermetic philosophy and why loving another person is ultimately an invitation to become more of who we truly are. We also look at why life doesn't give us what we want, rather it gives us the lessons that shape us into the person capable of receiving it.

Finally, I unpack the Aquarius Full Moon conjunct Pluto opposite the Sun and Jupiter in Leo, and what it reveals about individuality, society, projection and the courage it takes to become yourself.

    05:28 – Gratitude is a verb

  • Energy of the week of 20th to 27th July

After months away, I've returned to New Zealand and found myself reflecting on what it really means to come home not just physically, but within ourselves.

In this episode, we explore the paradox of transformation: how we don't become someone new by abandoning who we were, but by shedding the layers, beliefs, and identities that were never truly ours. We talk about the ego, Carl Jung's ideas around identity, the relationship between the individual and the collective, and how returning to ourselves is often a process of remembering rather than becoming.

Astrologically, we dive into Pluto in Aquarius, Jupiter in Leo, and Chiron's return to Taurus — exploring themes of creativity, belonging, healing old wounds, and finding the courage to express what is uniquely ours.

This week's invitation is simple: sit with the feelings you've been avoiding. The wound you are willing to feel may hold the key to your next breakthrough.

  • Your Astrology for Week 6th to 12th July

This week, we're talking about one of the hardest truths we ever have to face: you cannot change another person. But you can change yourself and when you do, your entire world begins to shift.

In this episode, I explore why we so often try to fix the people we love, how our relationships act as mirrors for our own unconscious patterns, and why true transformation never comes through force. We dive into the alchemical principle of inner change, the spiritual wisdom hidden inside our triggers, and how Saturn asks us to patiently dismantle old versions of ourselves instead of fighting reality.

Astrologically, we'll unpack Venus on the South Node, the powerful Sun/Saturn square, Mercury retrograde, and the remarkable connection to the Jupiter/Chiron cycle that began in 2023. If you've been feeling blocked, delayed, or as though life has asked you to slow down, there may be a much deeper reason.

We'll also explore why some setbacks are Divine protection, what the repeating 14° Aries symbolism may be asking of us, and why the most important thing we can do right now is listen more carefully to life, to ourselves, and to what is quietly trying to emerge beneath the noise.

  • Going back to your Ex

In this episode, I reflect on a reel I posted as a joke that unexpectedly sparked a wave of emotional responses around heartbreak and relationships. Seeing people share their own experiences in the comments made me realise how universal the topic of exes really is.

This leads me into a deeper conversation about what it actually means to go back to an ex, whether it's ever truly a "return," and how we make sense of relationships that end but still leave a trace in us. I explore the idea that breakups aren't just loss, but often redirection, and that what feels like rejection in the moment can sometimes be protection in hindsight.

I also share my perspective on letting go, acceptance, and how emotional experiences in relationships can become catalysts for self-growth. At its core, this episode is about turning inward and learning from connection, and understanding that the most important relationship we continuously return to is the one we have with ourselves.

    ⏱️ Timestamps:

  • Astrology Week of 28th of June to 5th of July

This week, I wanted to do something a little different.

Instead of simply telling you what the astrology means, I take you behind the scenes and walk you through my own process of reading the chart for the week ahead. Together, we explore the energies from 29 June – 5 July, including the Capricorn Full Moon, Mercury retrograde in Cancer, Mars entering Gemini, and why this week's astrology feels deeply connected to the Hero's Journey.

We talk about answering life's call to adventure, the balance between discipline and surrender, why inspiration shouldn't be left sitting on a shelf, and what Mercury retrograde is really trying to teach us. I also share how I use past Mercury retrogrades to understand the present, along with a few personal journal entries that unexpectedly came full circle years later.

Whether you're here for astrology, philosophy, creativity, or simply trying to understand life a little better, I hope this episode leaves you feeling a little more prepared for the week ahead and a little more willing to trust the unfolding of your own journey.
