Listen Later

Anas Bukhash's background and identity are deeply intertwined with his professional ventures, particularly his popular AB Talks series, and are characterized by a journey from traditional career paths to a passionate pursuit of authenticity, deep conversations, and positive influence

Early Life & Education (Pre-2000s):

  • Childhood in Dubai & New York: Anas Bukhash spends his early years (first 4-5 years) in New York before moving back to Dubai for elementary and high school.
  • Childhood Dream: He dreams of becoming a professional football (soccer) player, influenced by the anime Captain Majid.

  • Career Start (Early 2000s onwards): After graduating, Anas begins a traditional corporate career path, working in various sectors for 2.5 to 3-year cycles. This includes oil and gas (working in a desert oil field), property development (including projects like D3 in Dubai), and philanthropy (with Dubai Cares, working in countries like Yemen, Comoros, Mauritania, and Bangladesh).
