Summary: Chet, the younger brother of a man sentenced to death for murder, becomes distraught over the execution. Chet’s sister, friends, and girlfriend are unable to keep him tethered to reality. He begins to strike out in anger against the sons of the judge and the prosecuting attorney. He sets a house on fire and frames a man for murder before the police finally catch up with him and take him into custody.
