Ancestral elevation is a spiritual practice used to address and repair ancestral pain, patterns, and trauma from a lineage. This practice benefits you as much as it benefits your ancestors. When we perform an elevation ceremony, we commune with our ancestors who have been hurt, lost, or stuck and offer assistance, grace, and ease while witnessing their expansion.
