Now, the message of this is obviously not to disconnect from Nature. This method won’t work without a healthy does of Naturehere’s the process which is Advanced Future-pacing during the setting of an anchor:
1. Clear your mind in a clean environment (great location the bathroom after finishing a shower, which is a sterile environment).
2. Use Timeline Therapy Through-time to visualize the timescape of your upcoming day.
3. Activate the state of fulfilling your aspirations for that day while visualizing a peaceful Nature scene
4. Use Logical Levels - Capabilities - to access the resourceful state.
5. Install and Trigger that prosperous state in a ligament of your body.
6. You should feel an electricity if you did it right.
Now about that NLP technique. I do this whenever I get out of the shower. You have zero clutter on you. You’re refreshed and in a sterile environment. You set a trajectory of your time and use it in a way that causes you to physically feel the sensation of of electricity in your body. I target an appendage, like my leg and you can feel not the chemical, but the electrical patterns in your leg change as you install your future temporal commitment. Now, if you apply a Sleight of Mouth technique like “Apply to Self”, you electrify your ability to lock in future engagements of time with people and events that make you happy by activating the anchor!
Now back onto Nature. When I go to the beach I have 7 items with me and they added up quickly. They accumulate. I had glasses, sandals, suntan lotion, towel, keys, water bottle, and trunks (or togs as we say in Britain or Australia). Now, that may not sound like much, and it’s not, but every thing you have to keep track of adds to residual stress. Although it doesn’t have as big of an impact as Nature and exercise, minimizing diminishes residual stress, too.
Another aptitude in your arsenal to diminish residual stress is accomplishing things! The Advanced Future-pacing time-anchor I just described, leads to the heightened proficiency, rapid acquisition, and more wholistic fulfillment of how you use your time because you make your time more valuable just with the visualization. The quality of your time amplifies because of its heightened inherent value merely resulting from the installation of the capability anchor!
Note: Even if you don’t install the anchor effectively, the process itself works because of the visualization.
