Yes, it's that time of year again... The time of year that many of us live for! The biggest online competition of the year!

"Whoa! Wait a minute! Competition?!"

We know, this seems intimidating at first, but we can assure you, it may be that one thing that help you understand where you are at mentally, physically and it comes with a sense of accomplishment.

"But I'm here to get fit and to get healthy..."

That's fine too! No pressure! But, we encourage you to come watch the Friday Night Light festivities as you'll be amazed at what you see! Although HPCF doesn't preach tons of competitions, because we are more about healthy lifestyles... But, this competition is more about you against you and how you can push yourself to your limits and building your self confidence! And, sometimes that's all that matters! The best part... We'll all be there to cheer each other on!
