I had the honor of connecting with Aurora Light, a beautiful soul sister and light being.  Aurora is a Joy Alchemist and Soul Embodiment Leader, who helps you remember who you are and why you are here. She reminds us that the "prep work" has been done and now it is safe to integrate and play. Aurora goes on to explain that the body is a vehicle in the Ascension process. When we purify our minds and bodies of old traumas/programming, our consciousness ascends as our soul descends into the physical body. It is through the sacred union of the mind, body, and spirit, that we embody our creative soul essence, as pieces of the Divine Creator.
