The cruising industry has been shut down for over a year...but guess WHAT??  They are back in business!

In honor of the cruise operations resuming over the Fourth of July weekend,  we decided to celebrate with an encore presentation of our interview with our hospitality hero Steven Schwartz, Host, Emcee, Ring Master and Cruise Director for Carnival Cruises.  

Schwartz is responsible for all of the onboard hospitality, entertainment and social events.  He shares his hospitality journey, what he has been up to since cruise operations have been shut down and his favorite game to play onboard with passengers.
