With the town of St. Reginald's Isle underwater and the geriatric population slowly turning into aquatic life, the hippies on the edge of town launch their plan to safe the palm trees.  And how will the Mayor handle his reelection campaign when his poll numbers show that the town isn't the only thing going underwater?
