Great Primer - Just The Basics
A great way to get a high level overview of over three thousand years of history and choose what you want to research further. For me it was looking further into Rameses. What will you explore?
The True Sands of Time
A vast period of time and history is covered here in just a very limited amount of time but the
Producers make a good and worthy attempt!
Of particular interest to this listener is the pre Pharonic period, little known bit nevertheless Interesting.
Talk like an Egyptian
All the History in an Hour books I have purchased have been good, but this one I find particularly interesting and informative. I have in fact listened to it several times and still manage to glean new facts from it. These should be on the National Curriculum.
Concise and interesting introduction
Good introduction .
It is well read and its shortness is refreshing as many audiobooks on ancient history and history in general can be excessively long.
