He started at KRSP-FM (Rock 103), in 1980, moved to Z-93 in 1988, and he even worked on a country station for a few of years! JC joined Utah's Classic 103.5 in 1997, and we can't get rid of him!  Even though he was born in Elko, Nevada, raised from just a "pup" in the Sun Valley, Idaho area, he's a Utah boy through and through.  Carter likes fishin', huntin', campin' and any other Utah activities that you can put an apostrophe.
