As a woman in my mid-40s, navigating the shifts and surprises of this life stage, I’ve come to realize how underserved we are when it comes to understanding menopause. It’s a natural transition, yet too often shrouded in silence, leaving many of us to figure it out alone. That’s why I’m passionate about shining a light on this crucial topic—not just for myself but for all the women who deserve better resources, support, and acknowledgment. Her online platform for menopause wellness resources is an invitation to us all - men and women - to learn more about this very regular and often troublesome part of our lives.
