Thabo’s make-believe world has no room for his little sister, Keitu. But she has other ideas! How can you visit your dream world with your sister or brother and enjoy it like Thabo and Keitu?
Here are some ways to engage students using this story:
1. Ask students to share about their brother/sister/cousin – especially a special moment they had together, even a funny fight.
2. Encourage students to share in groups the made up/ make-believe games they play. They can even draw or describe their imaginary world on the board. Those more comfortable can tell a short story about it.
