Supervisor Jasmine,

I apologize for the continued lack of clarity in our latest captures, Jesse has now identified the issue plaguing the crystal and is in the process of fixing it.  

This new group ventured into our awareness recently. It looks like M tampered with them; perhaps his meddling exacerbated the crystal's recent clarity issues. We're continuing to look into his motives but we've found nothing so far. We'll keep you updated regarding any new developments.
