We want to end with the beginning: How we met, and how this podcast came to be. Fun fact: Did you know that we were virtually strangers, when we said ‘YES’ to co-producing and co-hosting a podcast from scratch together?

Besides enjoying the dramatic story of our whirlwind professional romance, this finale episode also circles back to the podcast’s main objective: What it means to leave home, and pursue life out of one’s comfort zone. Bryna and Shanice delve into the themes of identity, belonging, and navigating cultural nuances as minorities in Canada and Singapore respectively. They take stock of the season, while sharing perspectives on adapting to new environments and embracing challenges with courage. This has been a brand new venture and adventure for us.
