Hey Yall!
Welcome to And That's That On That - a podcast covering current events, pop culture, relevant issues impacting the world around us and all things Blackity Black; from a unique perspective - MINE! And who am I? I'm Donisha also known as The D. Renee and I'm so excited to share a little piece of my world.
Listening to this podcast, you should expect three (3) things:
1. To be well informed
2. To be challenged to do better
3. Laugh!
I decided to create this podcast because I believe in my voice. I believe that what I have to say is important especially living in a world that continually tries to snuff out the voices of black women. So as many opportunities as we can take to amplify our voices and amplify the voices of other black women; we should take it! Not only so you can hear my voice, but so I can help share the voices and accomplishments of others who look like me. As my favorite multihyphenate, Amanda Seales says, "Black women, we be knowin'!"
So sit back, relax and enjoy this journey with me!
