Maybe one of the reason s we find it more difficult to date when we’re older is because we have developed our patterns that work in our lives and it’s not always easy to forfeit.

Navigating life can feel overwhelming, defeating and lonely causing you to desperately search for help and insight from someone that can offer comfort by overcoming a shared experience.
