In contrast, other AI services, such as Meta's Threads and X's Grok, failed to deliver reliable information during the election. Some AI services, like Gemini, Claude, and ChatGPT, refused to provide information about the election results, while others, like Grok, leaned heavily toward one political side.

Perplexity's success in providing neutral, up-to-date coverage positions it well for the future, as the company seeks to expand into the current affairs space and potentially even into search engine advertising.
