Happy 2022 Everyone! Welcome to part three of our social media series! In today's episode, we will be discussing how social media correlates with mental health ― defining what certain terms really mean, understanding how it might reduce and increase anxiety, cyberbullying, and much more. As always, we also tied in some of our own experiences to give you guys a better understanding about this topic! Please remember that you can always talk to people in your life if you are struggling; it is better to get things off your chest than to keep it bottled in!
